- Process 100+ vendor invoices weekly with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Manage vendor communications and payment terms negotiation
- Execute month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Utilize QuickBooks/SAP for invoice processing and payment runs
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years accounts payable experience in corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with high-volume invoice processing systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls
