Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices (50+ daily) with 99.8% accuracy
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and payment issues within 24 hours
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers to general ledger monthly
- Optimize invoice workflows using Concur and NetSuite
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching
- Generate AP aging reports and KPI dashboards
- Implement process improvements reducing processing time by 15%
Qualifications
- 3+ years AP experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Concur, and Excel VLOOKUP
- ERP certification or equivalent practical expertise
- Proven ability to meet daily payment deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of sales tax compliance (WA)
- Experience with international vendor payments
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance preferred
