Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions, including invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using ERP systems.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Support continuous improvement of accounts payable processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with daily pay systems or similar is a plus.
