Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Execute daily pay processing for eligible employees
- Optimize invoice workflows using SAP and QuickBooks
- Collaborate with procurement on payment terms and discounts
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with daily pay platforms like DailyPay or PayActiv
- AP certification (CAPP) or equivalent a plus
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
