Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to general ledger monthly
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements with daily pay processing
- Optimize invoice workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries proactively
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for payment scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with high-volume payment processing (>500 invoices/month)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with daily pay processing platforms (DailyPay, Payactiv)
