Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Optimize invoice processing using our proprietary daily pay software
- Collaborate with procurement teams to manage payment terms
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP workflows
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP modules
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Experience with daily pay or real-time payment platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for vendor negotiations
