Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Execute multi-state payment processing including ACH/wire transfers
- Maintain digital financial records in SAP and QuickBooks systems
- Collaborate with North Carolina team on cross-state financial initiatives
- Support month-end closing procedures with journal entries
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using automation tools
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of accounts payable processing expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or QuickBooks certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state payment compliance (FL/NC)
- Proven track record in high-volume invoice processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
