Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within 24-hour turnaround
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor management strategies
- Implement daily pay processing for contractor invoices
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements
- Generate AP analytics for leadership reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expertise in daily pay processing and contractor payments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- SAP or Oracle financial systems experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced fintech environment
- CPA or finance degree highly desirable
