Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments within 48 hours
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers with general ledger accounts weekly
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Implement daily pay processing protocols using our proprietary FinTech platform
- Assist month-end closing by preparing AP accruals and reports
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all vendor documentation
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize payment terms and discounts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Experience with daily pay or alternative payroll systems a major plus
- Ability to process 100+ invoices daily with 99% accuracy
- Relevant certification (e.g., CAPP, CPP) preferred
