- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 5 business days
- Manage electronic payments and ensure timely disbursement to 200+ vendors
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments for cash flow optimization
- Conduct month-end closing activities and support financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-sized companies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with 3-way matching and invoice verification
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
