Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume vendor invoices within strict deadlines
- Manage payment cycles and maintain accurate vendor master data
- Resolve payment discrepancies through proactive communication with stakeholders
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Utilize SAP/Oracle systems for transaction processing and analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- AP certification (CAPP or similar) a plus
