Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing and vendor payments with 99.5% accuracy
- Optimize AP workflows using Oracle NetSuite and implement process improvements
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors/clients
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Lead month-end closing activities and financial reporting support
- Train and mentor junior AP staff on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in mid/large enterprises
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite/SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Experience with international payments and currency conversions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
