Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage employee expense reports and reimbursement requests
- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial records using SAP/Oracle systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Support month-end closing processes
- Analyze payment trends and optimize vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table expertise
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- CPA or AP certification a plus
