- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement on invoice validation and approvals
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all payment records
- Analyze payment trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support month-end closing activities with financial reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in tech or finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certification in AP/AR management (CPA or CMA a plus)
- Expert-level Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
