- Process and prioritize high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment cycle improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation archives
- Analyze aging reports and implement process enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- SAP or Oracle AP module certification preferred
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and PO validation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for vendor negotiations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
