Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- Coordinate with procurement on 3-way matching for POs
- Execute month-end closing procedures for AP sub-ledger
- Conduct internal audits for compliance with SOX standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on AP experience in mid-size corporations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP certification preferred
- Deep understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance required
