- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage 3-way matching for PO receipts and invoices
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor inquiries
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite ERP
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- AP certification (CAPP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with B2B payment platforms (Bill.com, Tipalti)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a matrix environment
