Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Review and match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger and subsidiary ledgers
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting as needed
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) for processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Prior experience in a part-time or flexible role preferred
