Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness before payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the company’s accounting software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs according to company schedules.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoices and payment status.
- Assist the finance team with month-end close procedures and reporting.
- File and organize physical and digital documents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic math skills and understanding of accounting principles (training provided).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
