Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and approval.
- Enter invoice data into our accounting software with a high degree of precision.
- Prepare and issue payments via check or electronic transfer.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate any discrepancies.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial records.
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end closing tasks.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable with repetitive data entry tasks.
