Responsibilities
- Process Invoices: Accurately receive, verify, and process incoming invoices in our ERP system (training provided).
- Reconciliation: Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliation tasks to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate vendor master files and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Vendor Communication: Assist in resolving discrepancies with vendors and answering inquiries regarding invoices.
- Reporting: Support the month-end close process by generating and reviewing AP reports.
- Expense Management: Assist with processing employee expense reports and travel reimbursements.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency with a willingness to learn our accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain high data accuracy standards.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dedicated to learning the role.
