Responsibilities
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial ledgers and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and general ledgers.
- Perform routine data entry tasks and assist in the year-end audit preparation.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and budget analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus but not required due to our training program.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, formatting).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
