Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable with high accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Assist in month-end closing procedures
- Maintain digital filing systems using provided software
- Generate financial reports and budget analyses
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Support payroll processing initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently with provided equipment
- Professional certification (A/P or QuickBooks) a plus
