Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions daily
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial reports and expense analyses
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Manage vendor invoicing and payment processing
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of accounting clerk experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Kansas City local preferred (for immediate onboarding)
