Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial accounts, ensuring GAAP compliance across Ohio and Florida operations
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses
- Process daily payroll with immediate disbursement using our proprietary payment system
- Conduct tax preparation and filings for multi-state clients
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Develop financial models for strategic decision-making support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Knowledge of Ohio and Florida tax regulations
- Experience with multi-state compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in QuickBooks Online or similar platforms
