As an Accountant at Apex Financial Partners, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings and audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
