- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with federal tax regulations and support external audit processes
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Optimize accounting workflows using ERP systems and automation tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software platforms
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IRS regulations, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy in financial reporting
