- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports adhering to GAAP standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Ensure accurate tax filings and regulatory compliance
- Maintain internal controls and audit-ready documentation
- Lead month-end reporting sessions with executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
