Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and financial reporting
- Process payroll bi-weekly with weekly disbursement
- Prepare month-end closing reports and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Analyze financial data for cost optimization
- Coordinate audits and maintain documentation
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
