Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls
- Support tax preparation and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of tax regulations (CA & federal)
- Experience with multi-corporate financial reporting
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
