Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processing for the weekend shift.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions with internal ledgers.
- Prepare and analyze weekly financial reports and variance analyses.

- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations and company policies.
- Process payroll adjustments and expense reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is required.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
