Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with weekend-specific transaction processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements for executive review
- Conduct comprehensive reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledgers
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with weekend coverage
- Implement and maintain internal controls for weekend financial operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial reporting needs
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
- Ability to work independently in a weekend environment
