Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and optimize processes
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting initiatives
- Implement internal controls and audit procedures to ensure financial integrity
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a weekend schedule
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with remote and on-site teams
