Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting tasks including month-end closings and reconciliation
- Prepare accurate financial statements and compliance reports for weekend operations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing during weekend shifts
- Analyze financial data trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Maintain meticulous financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in public/private sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday-Sunday, 8am-5pm)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and audit experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (if travel required)
