Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to detail and accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Support tax preparation and documentation for individual and corporate clients
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for efficient transaction processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
- Experience with tax preparation and financial audits a plus
