Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Conduct weekend financial reporting for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement process improvements for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience with weekend shift schedules
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
- Ability to work independently during weekend hours
