Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Execute weekend payroll processing for 200+ employees
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial reporting
- Maintain digital filing systems and document controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
- Direct hire experience in corporate finance environments
