Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Manage weekend payroll processing for multi-state operations
- Conduct comprehensive account reconciliations for 50+ accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Implement internal controls to maintain financial integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend availability
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong GAAP knowledge and tax compliance experience
- CPA certification preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
