Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Support tax filing processes and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to optimize financial operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Weekend shift availability (Friday-Sunday)
