Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with weekend transaction processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Develop financial reports for management decision-making
- Collaborate with auditors during weekend audit engagements
- Maintain digital filing systems for weekend documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online
