Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures with 100% accuracy
- Process payroll and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Manage weekend bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
- Implement internal controls to ensure audit readiness
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for real-time reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
