- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with weekend-specific deadlines
- Prepare financial statements and variance reports for executive review
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with weekday team on cross-functional projects
- Manage weekend payroll processing and tax filing documentation
- Maintain digital financial records with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 7am-3pm)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
