- Process and reconcile weekend transactions using QuickBooks and SAP
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Conduct weekend audits and compliance checks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial operations
- Implement process improvements for weekend accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and auditing skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
