Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with meticulous attention to detail
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
- Process payroll and expense reports with weekend submission deadlines
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with remote teams using cloud-based accounting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 4 PM)
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred
