Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations with precision and speed.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and general ledger entries to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring full compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes with minimal supervision.
- Process payroll and expense reports efficiently within the night shift schedule.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and audit trail maintenance for all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless transition of financial information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
