Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting and audits.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts accurately.
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance for the organization.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
