Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger accounts, including reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure all tax filings are completed on time.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and forecasting reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
