Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, payroll reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for stakeholders
- Implement and optimize daily pay transaction protocols ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis to identify financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to integrate daily pay functionality with existing systems
- Develop financial models to forecast cash flow impacts of daily pay operations
- Maintain meticulous financial records and documentation for audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IRS regulations, and Colorado state tax codes
- Experience with payroll systems and daily pay processing technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication abilities to present complex financial data clearly
