Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement with our Daily Pay feature.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial data integrity and process improvements.
- Collaborate with the management team to forecast budgets and financial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
