Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll with precision
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and audits
- Develop financial models and forecasts for strategic decision-making
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred

- Expertise in month-end closing and financial reporting
